He has held senior management positions at the Institute of Food Research (IFR); Honorary Lecturer at the University of East Anglia – Department of Chemistry in Norwich, UK; Advisor to the American Dairy Institute; Member of the Editorial Board of 4 prestigious scientific journals with more than 100 scientific publications published.
