The program aims to have each employee become a nutrition expert representing Nutricare – Hung Cuong, sharing nutritional knowledge to each store and spreading health-enhancing solutions to people across Vietnam. The training program is led by nutrition experts from Nutricare Medical Nutrition Institute – USA (NMNI-USA). The program content is designed to be concise and easy to understand with useful knowledge about overall body health, proactive health care, practice designing balanced meals and full of essential nutrients, suitable for adults and the elderly in Vietnam. In addition, sales staff will be fully equipped with knowledge about nutritional solutions from Nutricare, thereby accompanying distributors and supporting milk shop owners in consulting suitable milk types to customers.

Dr. David Clark – Director of NMNI-USA

Also within the framework of the event, Dr. David Clark – Director of NMNI-USA also pointed out the health risks of adults in Vietnam. The reality of the aging population in Vietnam is facing major health challenges such as malnutrition (7.3%) and the risk of malnutrition (50.2%), diseases including: arthritis (45.8%), high blood pressure (40.9%), angina/myocardial infarction (12.2%), digestive diseases (18.6%), diabetes (9.1%)… Therefore, the duo of Nutricare Gold powdered milk and ready-to-drink powdered milk products is a great health solution that the sales team and distributors can confidently introduce to customers.

Training content is designed to be concise and easy to understand for participants

The US standard nutritional knowledge and information about the duo of powdered milk and ready-to-mix powdered milk Nutricare Gold shared by Dr. David Clark attracted the attention of the Nutricare – Hung Cuong sales team. In addition to product information, the sales team also contributed many useful ideas and raised a number of interesting questions for the Director and brand representatives. The questions revolved around the questions from customers buying milk at stores, answered through the training session, contributing to increasing the trust when the sales team consults customers in the market.

Question: Nowadays, the biggest challenge for the elderly is how to have a balanced, healthy diet that contributes to enhancing and restoring overall health, supporting aging problems. So, what kind of diet could be considered as a balanced, healthy diet? Dr. David Clark – Director of NMNI-USA: A healthy diet is a varied diet, providing the body with essential nutrients. Specifically, macronutrients, micronutrients and adequate energy, meeting the needs of each individual for physiological activities. For the elderly, it is necessary to take in fewer calories because the body’s metabolism has slowed down. A portion for “old” people is usually only 1,700 calories/day, especially the elderly should supplement protein to help improve health and support muscle maintenance. With 2 glasses a day or 2 cartons of Nutricare Gold ready-to-drink milk, it allows the elderly to meet their nutritional needs for daily activities and improve health.

Question: How does a weakened immune system in the elderly affect their lives? Dr. David Clark – Director of NMNI-USA: The immune system is able to fight infections caused by harmful germs and bacteria and prevent the development of cancer cells. As people age, the immune system functions less effectively and makes people vulnerable to both internal and external influences. Immune aging can disrupt homeostasis, increase the secretion of Cytokine and Checmokine, leading to excessive inflammatory responses in the body. This leads to the risk of the elderly suffering from chronic inflammatory diseases, stiff joints and can result in more serious consequences. Nutricare Gold with 56 nutrients to improve health, Glucosamine, Calcium and HMB help strengthen bones and joints.

The new Nutricare Gold duo is a comprehensive nutritional solution to support the health of the elderly

The new Nutricare Gold duo is a comprehensive nutritional solution to enable recovery for the elderly and improve their health. The new Nutricare Gold contains 56 nutrients with a plant protein system and Whey protein from the US, helping to improve health, support flexible bones and joints and good sleep.  Nutricare Gold now is available with a new ready-to-drink milk powder with a convenient and luxurious screw cap, convenient for sales teams when consulting at points of sale and customers. In addition, the product has a volume of 200ml, which is recommended as the appropriate amount to meet the nutritional needs of Vietnamese people for each use, thereby showing the great revenue potential of this new product. With a suitable amount of knowledge, condensed, presented in an easy-to-understand and friendly manner by leading experts at Nutricare and the Director of the Nutricare Medical Nutrition Institute – USA (NMNI – USA), the sales team of Nutricare – Hung Cuong has been fully equipped with knowledge and skills to confidently and firmly provide health advice at thousands of stores nationwide, providing nutritional solutions for the elderly in Vietnam.
