Nutricare launches Investment & Development Fund and introduces brand ambassadors

In the morning of July 12, 2021, Nutricare Nutrition Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to launch the Investment & Development Fund and introduced the Brand Ambassador.

The online ceremony was attended by Ms. Vu Thi Thuan – Former Chairman of Traphaco Joint Stock Company, senior advisor of Nutricare, members of the Board of Directors, guests and all company department leaders.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh – General Director of the company shared, Nutricare Investment & Development Fund was established on April 29, 2021 with the mission of enhancing the position, prestige and stature of the company, and at the same time is an important basis for increasing revenue and profit for Nutricare in the coming period.

During the Launching Ceremony, the representative of Nutricare Board of Directors awarded the decision to appoint Ms. Vu Thi Thuan to become the President of Nutricare Investment & Development Fund. Accordingly, the Chairman of the Investment & Development Fund is responsible for effectively managing and handling the Fund’s resources in accordance with the Fund’s functions and the provisions of the Law. In the coming period, Ms. Vu Thi Thuan will work with Nutricare’s Board of Directors to plan and implement key projects of Nutricare; Develop policies and activities to enhance the brand’s position and reputation, as well as revenue and profit of the enterprise; Make specific plans and progress for the implementation of the IPO.

Speaking for new assignment, Ms. Vu Thi Thuan said: With the establishment of the Investment & Development Fund, in the coming period, Nutricare will definitely make significant changes to adapt to the times after a decade of entering the industry. Ms. Thuan will coordinate with the company’s Board of Directors to step by step lead the company to get closer to new opportunities, increase the scale and reputation of the business.

At the same time, Ms. Vu Thi Thuan was also introduced as the Brand Ambassador for Nutricare’s adult nutritional product line. The Nutricare Board of Directors expects that, as a Brand Ambassador, Ms. Vu Thi Thuan will help Nutricare’s adult nutritional product line come closer to consumers, increasing the love and trust of customers for products in the near future.

Previously, Ms. Vu Thi Thuan was renowned as a member of Nutricare’s Advisory Board, advising and working with Nutricare’s Board of Directors to plan long-term operation and development strategies. Besides, the name of Ms. Vu Thi Thuan is also associated with Traphaco company. She made a remarkable success when she led Traphaco to transform from a state-owned enterprise to a joint-stock enterprise. With a different strategy, focusing on modernizing the traditional medicine segment, Ms. Thuan has turned Traphaco from a small enterprise into the largest traditional medicine manufacturing company in Vietnam.

Over 40 years working at  Traphaco, Ms. Thuan is considered the soul of the company, making a great contribution to creating the strong Traphaco pharmaceutical company today.
