As a Vietnam National Brand for 8 consecutive years in the field of Medical Nutrition, product quality and consumer health are always Nutricare’s top priorities.

“Quality” is also one of Nutricare’s core values, and is also the first criterion required for businesses participating in the Vietnam National Brand program.

Nutricare was awarded the cup by the Prime Minister certifying the product achieving Vietnam National Brand 2024

With the goal of contributing to improving the health of Vietnamese, throughout the 15-year development journey, Nutricare has always strived to bring quality products to consumers.

Therefore, Nutricare applies a comprehensive quality management system throughout the entire supply chain, meeting the most stringent international standards in the nutritional food industry such as: FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, HACCP, and GMP.

Based on the application of these strict standards, Nutricare commits to:

–   Transparency in the production chain: From input materials, production process, to finished products, all are traceable and strictly inspected.

–   Ensuring qualified product: From research, production to distribution, each Nutricare product undergoes many rounds of rigorous testing, bringing absolute peace of mind to consumers.

–   Continuous improvement: Nutricare continuously updates modern technology and new standards to improve the quality of community health care products.

With a comprehensive system of standards and a commitment to strict implementation, Nutricare affirms its position as a National Brand of Medical Nutrition, meeting standards of quality, safety and transparency in production. This brings consumers peace of mind and security in using the product, taking care of the health of their loved ones and families.

1. FSSC 22000 Certification

FSSC is a certification of the Food Safety System Certification Association. FSSC 22000 standard is for food production and processing units throughout the food supply chain. This standard is globally recognized, based on ISO 22000 for management system requirements and ISO/TS 22002 technical standards, affirming the comprehensiveness of food safety system management.

FSSC 22000 is considered evidence that the production enterprise complies with laws/requirements, thereby limiting the risk of violating laws related to food safety. FSSC 22000 certificate is a legal replacement for the Certificate of Food Safety Qualified Facility.

For the food manufacturing and processing industry, some demanding markets such as Japan and Europe require businesses to have FSSC 22000 certification, and this is also a factor that further affirms the quality of nutritional solutions that Nutricare provides on the market.

2. ISO 22000 Certification

ISO 22000 is a food safety management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) that is accepted and valued globally. The standard aims to ensure that food processing organizations/enterprises have the ability to control hazards at any stage, from raw material preparation, processing and delivery to users.

Strict regulations applied in the supply chain from input to finished products, Nutricare ensures good management of food hygiene and safety, providing safe and quality products to consumers.

3. HACCP Certification

HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a system of hazard analysis and critical control points. This is a method of food safety management based on prevention instead of final product inspection, ensuring food safety for consumers.

The Codex Alimentarius Commission also recommends that businesses and food manufacturers should combine HACCP with production conditions (GMP) to increase the effectiveness of ensuring food hygiene and safety.

Nutricare applies the HACCP hazard analysis and critical control point system, proactively preventing risks, improving product safety at all stages.

4. GMP Certification

GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a system of good manufacturing practice standards to control factors that can affect the process of forming product quality, ensuring product quality.

GMP criteria require manufacturers, processors, and packagers of drugs, medical equipment, and food to proactively take steps to ensure product safety.

Nutricare practices good manufacturing according to GMP standards, operates in a clean, absolutely safe environment, strictly controls production conditions, and ensures consistency in the quality of each nutritional product.

Persistently pursuing the goal of improving the health of Vietnamese people through nutrition, with the stature of the National Brand of Medical Nutrition, Nutricare is committed to bringing superior quality nutritional products to Vietnamese on the basis of complying with strict international standards.

Vietnamese health care with nutrition

Focusing on developing “personalized” Medical Nutrition to meet Vietnamese nutritional needs, Nutricare has promoted international cooperation, bringing higher nutritional standards to Vietnamese people.

In 2023, Nutricare cooperated with the Nutricare Medical Nutrition Institute – USA (NMNI-USA), marking a strategic step in the goal of applying US nutritional care standards to develop nutritional solutions suitable for the characteristics and physical condition of Vietnamese people.

Nutricare signed a strategic cooperation agreement on product research and development with the Nutricare Medical Nutrition Institute – USA (NMNI-USA)

After the cooperation process, the product lines for children researched and developed by Nutricare and NMNI-USA have achieved the Vietnam National Brand 2024 such as: Metacare, Smarta Grow, and Hanie Kid.

With efforts in taking care of the nutritional health of Vietnamese people, not only for 8 consecutive years have products achieved the Vietnam National Brand, Nutricare is also in the Top 10 Prestigious Food Companies (milk and dairy products group) announced by Vietnam Assessment Report Joint Stock Company.

This result is also Nutricare’s commitment to always actively accompany the common mission for a generation of healthy Vietnamese, confidently integrating, entering the era of “rising up” and breaking through.
