Breastfed babies are less likely to get diarrhea, pneumonia and other illnesses than babies who are not breastfed. -Wash your hands with soap and water before mixing
-Boil utensils, cups and lids for 2 minutes.
-Boil water to mix for 5 minutes and let the water cool (45 – 50C) before brewing.
-Put 180ml of water in a cup/ bottle and slowly add 40g Metacare Grow 0+ (4 furrows).
– All the way until it’s all gone. Test the heat before giving it to your baby. The mixture after brewing runs out within 1 hour.
