Breastfed babies are less likely to get diarrhea, pneumonia and other illnesses than babies who are not breastfed. • Wash hands before mixing.
• Boil utensils, cups, lids for 2 minutes.
• Boil water for mixing for 5 minutes and let it cool (45 – 500C) before mixing.
• Slowly add 1 pack of Metacare Eco+ (about 8 teaspoons) into 220 ml of boiled water to warm to about 45 – 50oC, stir 250 ml of Metacare Eco+ solution.
