1) Wash hands with soap and water before mixing.
2) Heat the utensils, cups and lids in boiling water for 2 minutes.
3) Boil water for brewing for 5 minutes and let it cool (45-500C) before brewing.
4) Pour 180 ml of warm water into a cup/jar and slowly add 40 g (4 scoops) of ColosCare.
5) Stir well until 210 ml of ColosCare solution is dissolved. Test the temperature and give it to your baby. Once mixed, use up within 1 hour.
