  • Dr. Clark is an internationally renowned expert with over 15 years of academic research experience and 15 years of experience working in the dairy industry in the United States, Europe and Asia, including China.
  • David Clark holds a BSc in Biochemistry and a PhD from the Royal Institute for Medical Research (London, UK).
  • He has held senior academic and management positions at the Institute for Food Research (IFR) for many years and is also an Honorary Lecturer at the University of East Anglia - Department of Chemistry in Norwich, UK.
  • He is a member of the Editorial Board of 4 prestigious scientific journals, with over 100 scientific publications.
  • He was awarded the Royal Society Medal in Chemistry for his pioneering work on foams and emulsions.
  • After his academic career, Dr. David Clark has over 15 years of experience working in the dairy industry in a number of senior positions at DMV International; being appointed Regional Director for the Americas for FrieslandCampina Domo, a US-based infant formula and nutritional ingredients business, the fourth largest dairy company in the world at the time.
  • During his career, Dr. David Clark has served on a number of Boards of Directors or Advisory Boards and Committees of research organizations, including the Institute of Food Research, Leatherhead Food R.A., NIZO and food and biotechnology companies. He is currently one of 11 experts providing consulting services to members of the American Dairy Products Institute.
